  Affordable room rates! Great location (beach front)! Affordable buffet! Good WiFi, Clean rooms! Air-condition in our room is good! but water from aircon was leaking in the veranda. Bathroom has heater with soap. Overall, my stay here was good! The place is not really pretty, quite old looking but that's okay. Most of the time I am outside and just stayed here to sleep and take a bath. TV cable is not clear so I can't watch TV well here.

  Reasonable for its price. Beach front. No pool. 24/7 room services and lobby. Spacious room with balcony. Only thing in dont want is the food. Eat somewhere else if you stay here.

  Very nice place for a budget. Beds, linens and comforter are so clean and always smell fresh. The room itself is wide. They offer free beach towel use. They have towels in the room and can be change for every room service request. Staffs are so accommodating.

  We got the basic room for two. Good, low level price for Boracay beach front standards.

Entire area looks a little worn out, but it gets the job in terms of accommodations. Good beds, working AC, water heater, & fridge all worked as expected.

Didn't try their buffet, but it looks to be an attraction for those looking for budget meals.

They're also nicely located beside the V Hub food festival area where there are affordable food choices in a food court-like area (this is where you'll find the fire dancers too).

I'm generally a low-maintenance guest, but the staff provided excellent service & responded quickly to the few stuff I needed. They even gave welcome lemonades even though it's probably not part of the deal & my companions just jokingly asked for it.

  The room was nice and clean, big enough for the 4 of us so it’s great! comfy mattress and good air conditioning 👍👌. For the free breakfast I wish they can offer more menu. The staffs in the front desk are accommodating however in their restaurant we felt a little off about their service but all in all it was a wonderful experience staying here. Thank you!
